This Cerrado is another of our relationship coffee's and will likely replace the Porta Rossa. It follows the traditional characteristics of a Brazilian coffee, showing mild acidity and medium body with a long smooth mellow finish. This Brazilian coffee is mostly a mix of Cutuai and Mundo Novo, with a small amount of Bourbon and Topazio blended in as well.
