While I used to complain about our Sumatra, I now am pretty happy about this new offering from Indonesia. It is still our darkest roast, I would describe it as a light Vienna roast, which isn't dark by some of our competition's standards. This Sumatra is sweet and floral, and has juicy fruit notes, both on the nose and on the palate. We finally have a Sumatra that I am proud to serve and sell. A bio will be on the web shortly.
