This is our darkest roast, I would describe it as a light Vienna roast. We recenlty brought this Indonesian coffee in to replace the Lintong, which I considered too dirty from day one. As we grow in our understanding of coffee and are exposed to more and more coffee we will continue to bring better coffees in like this one. This Sumatra is quite sweet and does possess some desired acidity even at a darker roast. It still possesses the Indonesian earthiness, but overall is a very clean coffee. In short, it is a Sumatra that I am willing to recommend.
