Transcend Coffee is proud to be the exclusive Canadian supplier of the now famous hand-made Dutch Technivorm brewers. These brewers are not only stylish, but unmatched in their quality and design. We sell them because we believe they are the best home drip brewers available anywhere.
The best home brewer in the world
What makes the Technivorm the best home brewer in the world? It comes down to three things:
- heat
- speed
- quality of build
Heat
The Technivorm quickly heats water to 200˚F and keeps it there for the duration of the brew cycle. This high and constant water temperature is needed to get the optimal flavour extraction from your coffee.
Speed
The Technivorm's brew cycle finishes in about six minutes. That's much shorter than other brewers, and better for your coffee.
Quality of build
All of our Technivorms are hand-built in Holland, imported directly by Transcend Coffee, and personally inspected by our director of operations before we ship them to you. These machines are incredibly solid, well put-together, and and easy to use.
Reviews and endorsements
Each model of Technivorm that we carry meets the very strict requirements for coffee brewing by both the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE), something very few coffee makers can claim.
