The answer is in the hot water; in fact, to properly brew coffee, the water needs to be over 200 degrees F and the Technivorm coffee maker products achieve this water temperature.

The Technivorm KBT 741 is an excellent 10 cup coffee maker to produce 1,25 ltr/ 10 cups of coffee directly into the stainless steel thermojug.
