The Technivorm line of drip coffee makers are the only ones to receive the Specialty Coffee Association of America's endorsement. Why you ask? The answer is in the hot water; in fact, to properly brew coffee, the water needs to be over 200 degrees F and the Technivorm coffee maker products achieve this water temperature.
The Original "Smitdesign" hand-built by Technivorm of Amerongen, the Netherlands is a high quality product imported directly from the Netherlands with the distinction of being individually inspected.
The Technivorm KBTS is an excellent 8 (Euro) cup coffee maker to produce 1 ltr/ 8 cups of coffee directly into the stainless steel thermojug.
